Quarter 1, Week 1 Learning Modals Part 1

Modals were our first topic in Quarter 1 English 9 and it's a little bit confusing at first but when you got to learn or know it, it will become easy to understand especially if you listen or learn it carefully. All I can tell is that the activities or tasks are a bit easy because you need to analyze well the sentence to find the right modal or answer. Modals were a bit easy for me as I can understand the topic and as I read it carefully. I learned that modals are auxiliary or helping verbs. It can be used by expressing, permission, obligation, and prohibition.

Sometimes I find it difficult for me is finding the correct modal for the sentence. The highlight of the topic is those modals that "Polite" because it means when we ask a question, the question that we ask or the way we ask it, is polite.
